Terms of Use
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of careersourcegroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Career Source Group, LLC ("Career Source Group," "we," "us"). By using the Site, browsing it, or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms cover use of the Site itself. They do not cover the commercial terms of an actual staffing engagement: fees, guarantees, and delivery commitments for a specific search or placement are set out in the separate services agreement or statement of work signed between Career Source Group and a client, not by this page.
Who can use the Site
The Site is intended for businesses evaluating staffing services and for individuals exploring opportunities through our talent network. You must be able to form a binding legal agreement to submit a form on the Site, on behalf of yourself, or, for the Request Talent form, on behalf of a company you're authorized to represent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
- Use the Site to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data, or to reverse engineer any part of it;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or another user's information;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through excessive automated requests; or
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, including its text, design, layout, graphics, and the Career Source Group name and logo, is owned by Career Source Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Third-party links and content
The Site may link to or reference third-party services (for example, our scheduling and social media platforms). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and subject to that site's own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data, salary ranges, cost comparisons, and delivery timelines shown on the Site are general estimates intended to inform planning. They are not guarantees of the outcome of any specific search, hire, or placement, which depends on the role, market conditions, and the terms of the underlying services agreement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Source Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and it does not affect any separate liability terms in a signed services agreement between Career Source Group and a client.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Career Source Group harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our practices. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
